Shipping Information: All internet orders start processing w/in 24 hours after being placed. Example if you place order today, it will go into processing system next morning. So any changes to an order must be made by next morning. Orders can't be cancelled once placed! However, items can be added to an existing order, but it may delay shipping times. Order processing time can take 48-72 hours after being placed, before being shipped out.

You should receive your order in approximately 5-10 business days w/exception of holidays, weekends, cutomization and the availability of item- based on Ground 5-7 day shipping option. We do not guarantee shipping dates and times. All international shipping is approximate & you may receive an invoice for additional shipping charges. If those are not paid your order will not be shipped.

If you need something by a certain date please email us first, and let us know when you need item by-so we can pull order out and start processing on order. Any orders placed under NEXT DAY AIR, WILL NOT ACTUALLY BE PROCESSED UNTIL NEXT DAY!

Ground 5-7 days is shipped priority mail with USPS delivery confirmation. There is an order processing time of 48-72 hours. You only have 24 hours to change or add to an order.

Ground 8-12 days. This gives the option of cheaper shipping, with the option of receiving your items later. Your order will processed 2ndary to the priority mail option, and will be sent out regular standard mail.

Next Day This option is available on limited items. Please note if you pick this option it doesn't guarantee you will get order next day after placing order. All orders go into processing in the AM of next business day, after placing order. So order will actually not go out until that evening after placing order. If you need true next day service please email us or call us to let us know you want order processed today, also order must be placed by 12:00 at the latest to even try and get next day overnight delivery.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Return Info:
Any eligible returns must be made w/15 days. You must contact us with in 7 days of receiving item to do a return. Send us an email requesting refund/exchange use the last 3 digits of order# as subject. You will get a return authorization to return or exchange item/s. See Instructions below.

There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns effective July 1, 2009. All refunds/credits are for merchandise only-shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 4 weeks to process.

Exchanges and Returns
For returns with and authorizaton a 20% restocking fee applies. If you return something w/out getting approval you will only get 1/2 of the cost of item(s) refunded if returned with in 15 days. If you wait till after 15 days to return and item you only get 25% of the what you paid for it. No returns allowed after 20 days of initial purchase.For faster service, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or USPS with a tracking#. Please send copy of receipt, return authorization#, and note on reason for return/exchange. If you send back w/out an tracking# we are not responsible for where your merchandise went or if it was received. Its is customers responisibilty to ensure we receive return.

Exchanges: Exchanges can be made within 7 days of shipment ONLY. There is a reshipment fee with your exchange it can be a min of $3.00 regular usps mail, and up-
depending on $amount of exchange, and amount of original order if exchanging whole order. The reshipping fee will be determined once you send exchange request via email. All shipping charges on EXCHANGES must be PREPAID BY CHECK. If shipping is not included with your return, your exchange item will not be shipped, the above rules apply and you will be credited a refund minus 20% restocking fee. If you wish to pay exchange shipping fee by credit please email us, and we will invoice you to pay the exchange shipping fee. (We do not have access to your credit card information and can not re-run your credit card just for shipping) This is for your privacy and protection. Also include any difference in price on exchanged items. Additions to your exchange will be considered a new order and will be subject to additional shipping charges. If your exchange is time sensitive, please call customer service or email us.

Items That May Not Be Returned: Leotards dance or gymnastics are NON RETURNABLE, undergarments such as briefs, boy cut briefs/shorts,skirts w/attached briefs, tights, hair, foot care items (including toe pads, etc), discontinued, and clearance items may not be returned. Leotards may be exchanged under certain circumstances due to sizing but the rules above apply. Please contact if needing to return or exchange a leotard of any kind.

Product Condition: All items must be unworn and in their original RESEALABLE packaging with no damage. If packaging is damaged there is 2.00 package damage fee applied. If you return an item and package has been damaged and do not include the damage fee, then the original item will be returned you and no refund/exchange issued.

Laundered items cannot be returned. Shoes must not be worn, and should be returned in undamaged shoe boxes. If shoes are soiled or look worn you will not be refunded. All items for refund and exchange are inspected first. All custom shoes, t-shirts and costumes are non-returnable unless there is a product defect.There is no charge for return of defective items.

*Please note that our sizing charts are a guideline and do not guarantee fit. If you purchase something that doesn't fit and wish to return/exhange an item due to sizing please contact us immediately upon recieving your item.


Please place the package inside another shipping container or box. Please do not tape and/or label shoe box or package of tights, leotard, etc. Send return via U.S. mail or UPS with tracking# to ensure return is recieved and insurance. If the package gets destroyed or wet, the product cannot be accepted for return. So please ship returns very carefully for full merchandise credit.

Fitting Always check Fitting when ordering dance shoes of any kind. Different brands run very different in the dance world. You don't want to be stuck with shoes either to big or to small. **Ballroom Shoes you should always consider ordering 1/2 to 1 size smaller than normal as they run big. They also should fit like a glove. Except for practice shoes styles that look like normal shoes see example item#C2601. These typically are worn with socks and generally are your typical shoe size. All number series shoe w/no letter in front typically order 1/2 size smaller. Letter series shoes order 1 size smaller. These are suggested fittings only...
